What is GroomRecall?
GroomRecall is a local-first iPhone app for independent dog groomers who need to remember how each dog was groomed. It keeps reusable cut recipes, visit history, before-and-after photos, private groomer observations, owner-facing summaries, and optional rebooking reminders in the app’s local iOS container. The app does not require an account and includes no advertising, analytics, or developer cloud database. A groomer can generate a client PDF or local JSON backup and choose its destination through the iOS share sheet; exported copies then follow that destination’s privacy rules. GroomRecall is not appointment, payment, staff-scheduling, or veterinary software, and grooming observations do not replace veterinary diagnosis or treatment. Pet profiles, visit history, imported photos, recipes, and notes are stored in the app’s local iOS container. GroomRecall includes no account system, advertising SDK, analytics SDK, or cloud database.
A PDF or JSON backup leaves the app only after you invoke the iOS share sheet. Exported copies are then governed by the destination you choose.
